iphone pretty poor for sweeping shots of gorgeous blue-green rivers and such, so excuse lack of artistry - just wanted to give a sense of the river, the power of the falls, the steaming "spa" pool on the way, in addition to my now customary obsession with nature's erotica.

Oh my, your blog is beautiful, and that's before I got to the photos ... they're wonderful too. Your writing is wonderful! I was going to write to you a couple of weeks ago but then the library computers shut down and the next time I couldn't figure out how to write and this time I asked a Librarian :)

I'm doing Pilates with Abby. It turned out that we were both talking about meeting on Tuesdays ... me - the following Tuesday and Abby - a Tuesday when she returned ... and didn't realize the other meant a different Tuesday and she was jet-lagged. There's some odd logic in the Tuesdays.

I took 2 Chinese girls to the museum yesterday. They were young and enthusiastic and waylaid me asking for directions to GG Park. It took me a few minutes to make it clear that they were in it. When I said goodbye they insisted on a photo and one called, "I love you!" as I left. It was fun.

A LITTLE more about food would be good - maybe a photo :)
