3 things pertaining to music, & 1 not...

1) i woke up this morning with a Supertramp song in my head... (?????????)
2) Iron & Wine's "naked as we came" has been following me around all throughout New Zealand. While it is a beautiful song, it's a bit unfortunate, as it has always struck me as a very moving anthem to life-long partnership and ever-lasting, no-matter-what-comes love... not my favorite subject right now : ///
3) on the present playlist at this sedate hostel, i just heard THE MEAT PUPPETS!!!
...all in all, things are getting Strange ... and GOOD:)))
Gorgeous and hot here again today (i am really so happy!!!) - i am going up and around the mountain this afternoon. Tiny bump in the surf tomorrow and Wednesday, so Tilda and i will venture oceanward then. Only yoga i have found is Bikram [ :(  ], but it's $25 for a week of unlimited classes, so i'm going for it - the teacher is actually not bad and not as scripted and grossly faux-spiritual as Bikram teachers i have experienced in the past, so... ciao for now.
